By consigning with us, you accept the following terms and conditions:

We will sell your items to our community and we will pay you the sale price minus our commission on the following basis:

 

For high value brands eg Hermes / Chanel we will discuss a competitive commission with you.

We will market your items to our community via our website and across our social media channels.  All decisions on styling and advertising are made at our discretion.

We sell preloved authentic designer items and will use an external authenticator from time to time.  Should your item prove to be counterfeit we reserve the right to charge you a £100 admin fee.

It is the seller’s responsibility to securely post the items to us.  Atelier does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of items in transit.

It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure that all items are in a fresh and clean condition.  Should they need cleaning, we reserve the right to send for dry cleaning at a cost of £12.50 per item and can do this without notice to the seller.

We reserve the right to change the sale price by plus or minus 10% on items under a value of £500 without authorisation from the seller if we feel it will help that sale. You will be paid on the actual sale price achieved.

We generally have a quick turnaround of stock and endeavour to sell your items within three months.  We pride ourselves on good communication with our sellers throughout the process however, should an item not sell within 6 months, we will discuss collection with you.

Once your item is sold, you will receive payment via bank transfer within 5 working days.
